1. 🏆 Ownership & Originality

1.1 You Own What You Submit

By submitting an app to MyVibeCodedApp, you represent and warrant that the submitted content is your exclusive original work or that you have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit it. You retain full ownership of your submitted app.

1.2 No Submission of Others' Work

This includes but is not limited to:

• Apps built entirely by another developer that you are claiming as your own
• Open-source projects you did not create and have not significantly modified
• Apps from other platforms, app stores, or repositories that you did not author
• Collaborative projects submitted without the consent of all contributors
• Apps generated by AI tools where the prompt and creative direction were not yours

1.3 Collaborative Works

If your app was created collaboratively, you represent that you have obtained consent from all co-creators to submit the work on their behalf, and that you have the authority to grant the licenses described in this Agreement.

2. 📄 License Grant to MyVibeCodedApp

By submitting your app, you grant MyVibeCodedApp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:

• Display your app listing, screenshots, description, and metadata on the platform
• Index and cache your content for search and discovery purposes
• Feature your app in promotional materials, social media, newsletters, and marketing
• Display your app in leaderboards, category pages, and featured sections
• Create thumbnails or previews of your submitted screenshots

This license does not transfer ownership of your app to MyVibeCodedApp. You retain all intellectual property rights to your submitted work.

This license remains in effect while your app is listed on the platform. Upon removal of your app listing, the license terminates except for archival, legal, or backup purposes.

3. 🚫 Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on MyVibeCodedApp. Submitting prohibited content will result in immediate removal and may result in permanent account suspension and/or legal action.

3.1 Adult & Sexual Content

3.2 Harmful & Malicious Content

• Malware & Viruses: Apps containing malicious code, viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or any software designed to harm, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Phishing: Apps designed to deceive users into providing personal information, credentials, or financial data
• Exploits: Apps designed to exploit vulnerabilities in software, systems, or networks

3.3 Hate Speech & Violence

• Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence against any person or group
• Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Content that depicts graphic violence, gore, or torture
• Content that promotes or facilitates terrorism or extremist ideologies

3.4 Illegal Content

• Content that violates any applicable local, national, or international law
• Apps that facilitate illegal activities (e.g., drug sales, weapons trafficking, fraud)
• Content that infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights
• Any content involving the exploitation of minors

3.5 Spam & Misleading Content

• Duplicate or near-duplicate submissions designed to game rankings
• Apps with misleading titles, descriptions, or screenshots that misrepresent functionality
• Placeholder or empty apps with no meaningful content
• Apps that are purely advertisements or promotional material with no functional value

4. ⭐ Content Standards & Quality

To maintain a high-quality community, all submissions must meet the following standards:

4.1 Accuracy

• App titles and descriptions must accurately represent the app's functionality
• Screenshots must be genuine screenshots of the actual app (not mockups or stock images)
• External links must point to the actual app or relevant resources
• Category selection must accurately reflect the app's primary purpose

4.2 Minimum Quality

• Submissions must represent a functional or demonstrable project
• Descriptions must be written in a clear, readable language
• At least one screenshot or visual representation is strongly recommended

4.3 Language

While we welcome creators from around the world, app titles and primary descriptions should include an English version to ensure discoverability by our global community.

5. 🤖 AI-Generated Content Disclosure

MyVibeCodedApp celebrates AI-assisted and AI-generated applications. We encourage transparency about the tools used to create your app.

• You are encouraged (but not required) to disclose which AI tools were used in creating your app (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Stable Diffusion)
• AI-generated apps are fully welcome and celebrated on this platform
• Even if AI wrote the code, the creative direction, prompts, and curation must be your own work
• You may not submit AI-generated apps that were created by someone else, even if the AI did the "work"

The spirit of MyVibeCodedApp is to celebrate your creative vision brought to life through AI tools — not to be a repository for randomly generated content.

6. 🛡️ Moderation & Removal

6.1 Review Process

All app submissions are reviewed by our moderation team before being published. We aim to review submissions within a few hours, but this may take up to 48 hours. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or request modifications to any submission.

6.2 Removal of Content

We reserve the right to remove any submitted content at any time, without prior notice, if we determine (in our sole discretion) that it violates this Agreement, our Terms of Service, or applicable law. Reasons for removal include but are not limited to:

• Violation of prohibited content rules
• Valid DMCA takedown request from a copyright holder
• User reports of policy violations
• Discovery that the submission does not belong to the submitter
• Legal requirements or court orders

6.3 Appeals

If your submission is rejected or removed and you believe this was in error, you may appeal by submitting a support ticket at Submit a Support Ticket. Please include your app name and the reason you believe the decision was incorrect.

By submitting an app, you represent, warrant, and confirm that:

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. MyVibeCodedApp does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for the accuracy, safety, or legality of user-submitted apps.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyVibeCodedApp, its founders, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your submitted content
• Your breach of this Agreement or the Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any claim that your submitted content caused harm to a third party

MyVibeCodedApp reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

MyVibeCodedApp respects intellectual property rights and expects all submitters to do the same.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content submitted to MyVibeCodedApp infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to dmca@myvibecodedapp.com with:

1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
2. The URL or location of the allegedly infringing content on our site
3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
6. Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notices

If you believe your content was removed due to a mistaken or misidentified DMCA claim, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@myvibecodedapp.com. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
